Kindly note that thickness measures might be rounded, it can vary around 0.2mm and 0.3mm, meaning that we can publish 8mm thickness and the real outcome can be arround 7.7mm and 8.3mm. Please be aware that we do not accept returns for this reason since we set the price based in gold weight and karat, not in thickness.

C4G Jewelers Llc. does not accept returns/exchanges, however, store credit may be granted. If you would like to return/exchange any item(s), an authorization form is required. To obtain an Authorization Form, please contact customer support via email at c4gjewelersus@gmail.com

CUSTOMIZED JEWELRY:

There are NO returns/exchanges on C4G's Customized Jewelry. All of our Customized Jewelry is guaranteed under our 5-Year Warranty. The warranty entitles you to repairs of the piece - free of charge. C4G will repair the item if you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacturing defects. Warranty is voided on user damage issues (ie: water damage, intentional breakage, etc). Once any of our custom pieces goes into production, there can be NO cancellations.
