Please be aware that we do not accept returns for this reason since we set the price based in gold weight and karat, not in thickness.

CUSTOMIZED JEWELRY:

There are NO returns/exchanges on C4G's Customized Jewelry. All of our Customized Jewelry is guaranteed under our 5-Year Warranty. The warranty entitles you to repairs of the piece - free of charge. C4G will repair the item if you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacturing defects. Warranty is voided on user damage issues (ie: water damage, intentional breakage, etc). Once any of our custom pieces goes into production, there can be NO cancellations.
